Madley Perth. Sunday 14th of April was Mateos birthday. This little tiger was only 4 and in total shock as we burst through the door and began to unload our trolley full of goodies and gadgets. The stunned little dude didn’t stay quiet for long. Once i introduced myself and held his little hand and explained that i was here to make his birthday party the best party ever he began to jump and scream with joy. And joy is Jelly Kelly’s main purpose. Perth Party Time love kids birthday parties more than any words can say, its all in the action.
